Don Read is an experienced Leadership Skills coach and facilitator of learning. With a unique ability to connect with a wide spectrum of executives and leaders, Don is now a highly regarded Leadership Coach and workshop facilitator.

Since 1990, he has had the privilege of providing management skills guidance and expertise to all types of organizations throughout Washington state and beyond. He has worked in the Insurance, State Government, Medical and Science industries. You now have the opportunity to learn and grow with him via the services offered by Challenge-Discover-Learn.

35 years in the making. From instructing recreational skills to special needs populations to leading corporate workshops and conferences, it's been quite a journey. And every bit of it has been rewarding. Why? Because helping others learn and grow to improve their lives is truly a blessing.

The journey has had several stops, unexpected turns and wonderful people sharing insights, skills and talents along the way. So now, I'm on a quest to continue that sharing through workshops and coaching.
